Change of blog

It seems that I will change from wordpress to b2evolution.
I’m sad, I really do feel at home at wordpress.

But:
a) I can’t get the domain switched, up and running
b) I can’t, even when I host WP on my own domain, do any sort of advertisement, hence make money via ads, regadring the TOS
c) I am actually already illegal with the ads I do for my own products, me thinks….

So, I tried to Import all my stuff over to b2, but for that it seems to need to be hosted on my server, which doesn’t work, because the php.ini is still too big.
I guess, it will be time again to go through all the posts and copy them manually.
Did it before, can do it again, sigh…

OK, anyway, from now on you will find me at My new blog & maybe I figure out one day to make a real name for that….. so much to learn :( .

Help please…. :( !!! - Hilfe bitte :( !!!!

Help please.... :( !!! - Hilfe bitte :( !!!!

I’ve (like some know) tried to get my blog running on my website.
A few problems got fixed from helpdesk.
Other people now can access my blog: www.nicoleb.org/b2 it seems.
I still can’t
I’ve cleaned my cache, I’ve tried it with two browsers, I’ve restarted my Computer.
Helpdesk suggest de & reinstalling my browser.
Any better ideas???

Bahrain, October 2007 (part 2 - the Hotel)

OK,ok, a “bit” late, but here is part 2 from our Bahrain tour in October (and yes, there will be at least one more part ;) )

This time when we arrived at the airport, we didn’t forget to pick up our luggage, but when we got out of the airport there was Noone to pick us up either.
A few Phone calls and 20 minutes later the guy from the Novotel Al-Dana Resort picked us up. Better late then never ;).
We had a pleasant and quick ride to the Hotel, a quick Check-In and a beautiful room to rest in.

(Not my Best pictures ever…oh well…. ;) )

Al Dana Resort, Bahrain - Novotel

Al Dana Resort

Once again we had a great view to the little Hotel beach and the ocean (well, and the Fish restaurant at the other side, but that didn’t bug me).

Beach with Bar (where I had an interesting conversation with a Hotel employee who was running around with a neat Nikon D40 I think. He was shooting for the Hotel brochure, but didn’t really have a clue and asked ME for Tips, grin…… )

The Hotel areal is gorgeous.

A beautiful Pool area, lots of flowers, a big Fitness Center, good Restaurants & two Bars (one at the Beach and one at the Pool), friendly staff (a little understaffed though, especially during breakfast times, coughcough).
We had a great time though :).
Met a lot of interesting people as well. Saudis and Kuwaitis mainly. Interesting conversations as well.

It was early morning and humid - the original shot was pretty grey, so I played a bit ;)

Thanks a lot! *rant*

These images give me goosebumps.

I’m so often a chicken when it comes to shooting Portraits and afterwards I bite my butt for not having done it.
(Not that mine would ever make it into a book, but hey, I’m sure those guys started small too ;) )

Thanks for pointing the two books out!
